How to save a TikTok photo slideshow

Paste the photo post’s link into the photo downloader and click Download on each photo you want.
Find the right link
Photo posts (also called carousels or slideshows) have “/photo/” in their address, for example tiktok.com/@username/photo/7483…. The Copy link option in the app gives you a short link that works just as well.
Save the photos
- Paste the link into the photo downloader or the main downloader.
- The result says “Slideshow ready” and shows how many photos the post has.
- Each photo has a preview and a Download button. Files are named tiktok-<post id>-image-1.jpg, -image-2.jpg and so on, so they sort in slideshow order.
Photos are saved at the size TikTok serves them. They are not upscaled or recompressed.
The soundtrack
If the slideshow’s audio can be read and its format confirmed, it appears under “Audio only”, usually as M4A. When a slideshow has no readable soundtrack, only the photos are listed. Why some slideshows have no soundtrack explains the reasons.
Several slideshows
To save photos from several posts, paste their links into the bulk downloader, one per line. Each post gets its own photo list.
