Help
Short answers to common problems. Step-by-step walkthroughs are in the guides.
Why a TikTok link may fail
The common reasons a TikTok link can’t be fetched — private or deleted posts, unsupported link types, rate limits — and what to try.
Supported TikTok links
Which TikTok link formats the tools accept — full post links, short share links and share text — and which pages aren’t supported.
Why a transcript may be unavailable
Transcripts come from a video’s existing TikTok captions. Here’s why some videos have none and what you can do instead.
Why some slideshows have no soundtrack
Photo posts show a soundtrack download only when their audio can be read and its format confirmed. Why it’s sometimes missing.
Bulk downloader limits
How many links a batch can hold, how duplicates and bad lines are handled, and why there is no single ZIP download.
Profile downloader limitations
The profile downloader lists only a public profile’s most recent posts. What that means and how to reach older posts.
A download link stopped working
Download buttons on a result are time-limited. How to get working links again.
Only download content you have permission to use
What you should and shouldn’t do with downloaded TikTok videos, photos, audio and transcripts.
Privacy and your data
What happens to the links you paste, what is kept and for how long, and how analytics, ads and the consent choice work on this site.
