How to download TikTok subtitles (SRT and VTT)

Paste the video link into the subtitle downloader and click Download .srt or Download .vtt.
Steps
- Paste the link of a captioned TikTok video into the subtitle downloader.
- Check the timed captions listed on the page.
- Click Download .srt or Download .vtt.
SRT or VTT?
- SRT (SubRip) is the most widely supported: video editors, desktop players and most upload forms accept it.
- VTT (WebVTT) is the format for web video, such as the HTML5 track element.
When subtitle files aren’t offered
A subtitle file needs start and end times for every line. If the captions come without complete timing, only the plain transcript is offered, with a note on the page — timings are never made up.
Adding them to a video
Download the video from the downloader and keep it next to the subtitle file. Most players load a file with the same name automatically; editors usually have an “import captions” option. The times match the TikTok post, so use the same video.
